Broadway Tech Centre

Broadway Tech Centre is a high-tech office park, built on a brown field hillside site, featuring cutting edge urban design and a variety of amenity spaces. Green rooftops include all weather infill field turf, sports courts, café patios, pathways and the thematic use of water features, creating places for both active and passive recreation for Broadway Tech employees. The next four buildings are designed with extensive green roofs, water efficient landscapes, large canopy trees, and modular unit paved streets.

Buildings 1, 5, and 7 are registered for LEED® Gold. Broadway Tech Centre is the winner of a Regional Award from the CSLA for Design Excellence as well as several awards from BOMA, NAIOP, and the Urban Development Institute. Broadway Tech was awarded the Green Roofs for Healthy Cities 2009 Award of Excellence for Intensive Industrial / Commercial Design.
