Sechelt Justice Building
Sechelt, BC

The Sechelt Justice Building is a high performance building featuring stormwater management and water efficiency strategies, including: a giant roof scupper, rain gardens, bioswales, native coastal plantings, and a living roof. The green roof uses native and hardy sedums and grasses to recreate the coastal bluff ecosystem of the Strait of Georgia.

The project has been awarded the BOMA Earth Award and the APEGBC Environmental Award.
