Victoria Hill and Woodlands
New Westminster, BC

Victoria Hill is a vibrant residential community on the former Woodlands site in New Westminster, BC. More than 45 acres of former institutional land have become a series of market housing, commercial shops, and parks.

Sharp & Diamond played a key role in developing the original Woodlands design guidelines, which are currently being implemented. The new buildings, public parks, and streetscape components are careful to preserve and integrate both heritage trees and buildings. Woodlands received several awards as the best residential community development in 2007. We are involved in 12 of the current park and development projects.
